Specialty abatement and cleaning
Work that needs containment, filtration or blasting gear that a general contractor does not carry.

Inspection and removal for buildings built before 1980, with negative air machines and HEPA air filters, using the equipment the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality recommends.

Rust, graffiti and old paint, from paint on concrete to slate roofs. Residential and commercial pages.

Anything from walls in a warehouse to an unused industrial complex, with dust and debris controlled.

A master service agreement for priority response, 24 hour emergency response and Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) accreditation.

Group 03 · one licence
Construction
The same company that dried the building can rebuild it. Commercial construction is our lead line, with residential work alongside.
Build-outs, repairs and new work for offices, retail stores and health care facilities, from the first schedule to the final walkthrough.
- Tenant improvements
- Also called leasehold improvements or build-outs. We will even help you design the space.
- Pre-construction
- Scheduling and coordinating the work with you before a crew is on site.
- Surfco Concrete
- Sidewalks, driveways, commercial parking lots and repairs for cracks and other damage.
- Roofing
- Inspections, repairs, shingle replacement, flashing and 24/7 emergency roof repairs.
