Yes. Surfco runs a 24 hour emergency response. If your property has water, fire or storm damage, call 479-287-6205 any time, day or night, and a crew is dispatched. The office itself keeps Monday to Friday hours, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Surfco works with your insurance company from the first visit. The inspector evaluates the damage, takes moisture readings and gives you an estimate along with whether we believe your insurance will cover it, and our vans carry the line Direct Insurance Billing. Long-term leaks, especially ones with mold growing, are often not covered unless you carry extra coverage, which is why calling early matters.
Yes. Surfco Restoration & Construction, LLC holds Arkansas Commercial Contractor License 0359010427, classified for Building (Commercial and Residential) and Asbestos, with an unlimited bid limit. The firm is licensed and insured for both commercial and residential work and is an IICRC Certified firm.

If the building went up before 1980, yes. Asbestos was not banned in building materials until 1986, and crumbling drywall or popcorn ceilings are common signs. Never test it yourself. Surfco is licensed for asbestos abatement in Arkansas and brings negative air machines and HEPA filtration to the job.
Yes. Surfco is accredited in ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) for healthcare environments, uses EPA registered hospital grade disinfectants, and offers a master service agreement so a facility gets priority response when something goes wrong.
