Specialty · demolition
Demolition company in Northwest Arkansas for homes, warehouses and commercial space
Residential and commercial demolition out of Fayetteville, with the dust and debris kept off your premises and a straight handoff to construction.
Chapter 01
From interior walls in a warehouse to an unused industrial complex
Surfco demolishes anything from interior walls in a warehouse to an unused industrial complex. A retailer clearing a commercial space before building on a new site, a landowner with an old house where something new will go, an owner opening up a floor plan: the work is different each time, and the goal is the same, a cleared site ready for construction.
We do residential and commercial demolition in Fayetteville and across Northwest Arkansas, including Springdale, Rogers and Bentonville. Surfco is family founded and locally operated, with 70 years of combined experience on the team, so a challenging job does not surprise us, and no job is too big or too small for us to look at.

Dust and debris stay where we put them
We demolish while making sure your premises are not infested with dust and debris. Cleanliness is part of how the crew works every day, and we hold ourselves to that standard from the first wall to the last load. Plastic sheeting hung over the wall behind the work is a routine part of how we keep a site contained.
Our demolition team is trained and highly skilled, and we often work with big construction companies on demolition for residential and commercial construction projects. Surfco also holds Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) accreditation, which means we are permitted to perform demolition in hospitals and other buildings.
Call 479-287-6205 to describe the building and what has to come out. Surfco is licensed and insured for commercial and residential work under Arkansas Commercial Contractor License 0359010427, and we will talk through the scope before any equipment arrives.
Chapter 03
Asbestos first when needed, then the handoff to construction
Older buildings can hold materials that have to come out before a wall comes down. When a structure was built before 1980, we start with an asbestos inspection and, where it is needed, abatement, before demolition begins. Our asbestos work runs under the same license as the demolition that follows it.
Because Surfco also builds, demolition does not end with a pile of debris and a handoff to strangers. Once the space is clear, the same company can move into commercial construction, from framing and drywall to tenant improvements, under one license and one team that already knows the building.
