Commercial media blasting in Fayetteville and Northwest Arkansas

Graffiti on a storefront, rust on equipment, old paint on a wall or floor. Surfco blasts it off commercial surfaces and prepares them for what comes next.

Chapter 01

Storefronts, walls, floors and equipment, taken back to clean material

Graffiti on a storefront, rust on a rail, old paint on a warehouse floor. Commercial surfaces collect all of it, and a business cannot wait on a scrub brush. Surfco brings media blasting to commercial properties in Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville and across Northwest Arkansas, using professional tools and techniques.

Media blasting uses pressurized air to shoot small pieces of an abrasive material onto a surface, which strips away unwanted material without causing further damage to what sits underneath. When even pressure washing has reached its limit, this is the next step. It also reaches machinery and equipment, not just walls and floors.

Our range of media includes glass beads, sand, aluminum oxide and hard plastic. We choose one with you after talking through the project goals, the surface, and any environmental or safety concerns on your site, so the method fits the material instead of the other way around.

Certified process, and when dry ice is the better tool

Surfco is a certified firm with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), and our technicians hold IICRC certification too. Commercial blasting takes a high degree of safety protocol, so the crew is trained, protects its own lungs and ears, and takes care of your building and the equipment around the work area.

Not every job wants an abrasive. Where a surface needs cleaning with no residue and no wasted sand or water, our dry ice blasting is the counterpart worth asking about. We will tell you which method suits the job when we look at it, and we do not guess before we have seen the surface.

Call 479-287-6205 to describe the surface. Surfco is licensed and insured for commercial work under Arkansas Commercial Contractor License 0359010427, so a property manager or facilities lead can hand us the job with the paperwork in order. Fungus, mold, rust, grease and old paint all sit on our list of regular requests.

Chapter 03

Back in service fast, and ready for the next coat

Most commercial clients want the same result: a surface that looks fresh, stays structurally sound and can be used again. Blasting clears the unwanted material without sacrificing structural integrity, and that is the standard we hold every pass to, from a single wall to a whole run of equipment.

Surface preparation is one of our most requested uses. When a wall, rail or floor is headed for repainting, blasting takes off the old coating and the rust so new paint meets bare, clean material. Our painting crew can pick up from there, and the two jobs stay under one license and one point of contact.

Selling or leasing a property soon? Old paint, graffiti and mildew can pull down a property market value, so cleaning them off before listing is a practical move. Tell us your timeline when you call and we will schedule the work around it, in Washington County or Benton County.
